Six Capabilities Under One Roof
Design & Engineering
A 10-member design team produces GA and IA drawings, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, BOMs with specifications, FAT/SAT procedures and O&M manuals in AutoCAD Electrical and EPLAN. Deliverables are issued for customer approval before fabrication starts.
Automation Software (PLC, SCADA, HMI)
8 software engineers write PLC logic, HMI screens and SCADA applications on Siemens TIA Portal and WinCC, Rockwell Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk, and Schneider EcoStruxure. Scope includes I/O lists, functional design specifications, simulation testing, FAT, site commissioning and 21 CFR Part 11-compliant reporting for pharmaceutical plants.
Industry 4.0 & IIoT
We connect panels to the plant network and the cloud: IIoT gateways on iMCC and VFD panels, remote monitoring dashboards, energy and OEE reporting, alarm notification and predictive-maintenance data from smart motor relays and drives. Typical deployments: boiler and utility monitoring, effluent-treatment plants, dairy and beverage lines.
Enclosure Fabrication
Unit III fabricates SS and MS enclosures in-house: fibre laser cutting to 15 mm, CNC press-brake bending to 8 mm, laser welding, powder coating. Owning fabrication removes the longest lead-time item from every panel.
Testing & Quality
ISO 9001:2015 system. Every panel goes through a documented routine test: insulation resistance, HV withstand, continuity, functional and interlock checks, and a customer FAT with photographs and test reports. Designs are type-tested at ERDA and CPRI (50 kA, 70 kA) and ARAI (IP52–IP66).
Commissioning & Service
4 service engineers for site installation, commissioning, retrofits, PLC/SCADA upgrades, AMCs and breakdown calls — in India and at overseas sites. Software and drawings are archived for the life of the panel.
